Police need help identifying robbery suspect in Killeen

Police say a male robbed the store with a large knife and demanded property and cash.

KILLEEN, Texas — *Editor's note: 6 News first reported about this robbery back in April.

The Killeen Police Department Robbery-Homicide Unit is asking for the public to help identify a suspect in an Aggravated Robbery of a Business

The robbery occurred on April 24 around 1:15 a.m. in the 2100 block of South WS Young Drive.

According to police, a man entered the business, took out a large knife/machete and demanded property and cash. The suspect then left the business with property and cash. No injuries were reported.

Detectives are asking anyone who has information regarding the Aggravated Robbery to Crime Stoppers at 254-526-8477 or report on the website. Residents can also download the P3Tips App for IOS or Android and give an anonymous tip. All information is confidential and a tip leading to arrest is eligible to receive a reward up to $1,000 in cash.
