HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas — The Harker Heights Police Department announced via Facebook that it is investigating a fatal shooting accident that happened Monday afternoon.
Per the announcement, police are asking the public to avoid the access road of Central Texas Expressway and Indian Trail to allow investigators to work the area.
It is an ongoing investigation and is isolated to that area and no one else is in danger at this time, according to police.
