Long-term investigation concludes in five arrested at meth conversion lab in Brazos County

Authorities found a stolen gun and multiple grams of illegal substances while executing a search warrant on Thursday, including over 200 grams of methamphetamine.

BRYAN, Texas — Five individuals were arrested on Thursday in Bryan as a part of a long-term investigation by Brazos County officials into a methamphetamine operation.

According to the Brazos County Sheriff's Office, they executed a search warrant at a home in the 1800 block of Smetana Road and discovered a methamphetamine conversion lab, multiple types of illegal substances totaling over 200 grams, and a stolen gun.

The items that were seized include:

  • A stolen gun
  • 204 grams of methamphetamine
  • 2.8 grams of marijuana
  • 3 grams of Adderall
  • 1.4 grams Dextroamphetamine
  • 1.2 grams of Hydroxyzine

The five individuals that were arrested were:

  • Dave Greer, 58
    • Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 in an amount between 4 and 200 grams
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 2 in an amount between 1 and 4 grams, two counts
    • Possession of a Dangerous Drug
    • Possession of Marijuana
  • Bobbie Munoz, 29
    • Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 in an amount between 4 and 200 grams
    • Capias Pro Fine - Fail to Identify Fugitive
  • Mary Salas
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 in an amount between 1 and 4 grams
  • Kimberly Gross
    • Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 in an amount between 1 and 4 grams
  • George Nash, 69
    • Possession of Marijuana in an amount less than two ounces

The long-term investigation by the sheriff's office was assisted by the College Station Police Department, Bryan Police Department, Texas A&M University Police Department, and Texas Department of Public Safety at various stages of the investigation.
