Bellmead Police arrest two connected to Walmart thefts across Texas

Police say when Wesley Strambler and Breanna Williams were arrested, they were in the process of stealing from a store.

BELLMEAD, Texas — A man and woman have been arrested by Bellmead Police that are allegedly connected to other instances of organized retail theft at Walmart locations across the state.

According to the Bellmead Police Department, Wesley Strambler and Breanna Williams were arrested with the help of Walmart's loss prevention team after they, Bellmead PD officers, and the Criminal Investigations Division investigated a theft involving thousands of dollars in stolen items.

Police say after continuing to investigate their alleged criminal activity that they were linked to other instances of "organized retail theft" from Walmart locations throughout the state.

According to McLennan County Jail Records, Strambler is being held on a theft of property charge in an amount between $2,500 and $30,000, a State Jail Felony. His bond is set at $5,000. Williams, on the other hand, is facing more charges than Strambler. 

According to McLennan County Jail Records, she is facing a theft of property charge in an amount between $2,500 and $30,000, a theft of property in an amount greater than $2,500 with previous convictions charge, a theft of property charge, and theft in an amount greater than $100. Her bonds total $10,000.
