WACO, Texas — A 71-year-old passenger is dead following a crash involving three vehicles in Waco.
Waco police said Jane Shwarz was killed in a multi-vehicle crash that took place on Wednesday, May 15.
According to the Waco Police Department, they were called to a crash that took place near I35 and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. at around 9:27 p.m.
Waco PD said that during the investigation, they found out that vehicle one, a 1999 Ford F-150, hit the outside wall and while coming back into traffic was struck by vehicle two, a Freightliner, which caused vehicle three, a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, to hit the back of vehicle two.
According to Waco PD, the 71-year-old female was a passenger in the third car. She died on scene, Waco PD said.
Her name has not been made public.
