MILANO, Texas — A person has been arrested after a man was discovered dead in his living room Tuesday night, according to the Milam County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called around 10 p.m. to a home in the 800 block of County Road 374 in Milano, where they discovered 68-year-old Michael Donaldson, Sr.'s body.
Following the initial investigation, authorities determined Donaldson’s death was a homicide.
On Wednesday, Sheriff Mike Clore said one person was arrested in this case, but said he was going to withhold his name until they appear before a judge.
No other injuries were reported in connection to the incident, and next of kin have been notified, according to officials.
