WACO, Texas — The City of Waco has 11 new police officers watching over it.
The Waco Police Department announced on Monday, June 3 that it had welcomed 11 new officers from the 84th Police Academy.
The officers were sworn in at a ceremony at the Police Tower.
"These Officers have completed a long journey from the hiring process to a tough academy and are ready to serve our community," said Waco PD in a post on social media.
