Bell County salon giving out free pedicures for tornado victims

The owner said this small act of self-care can make a big difference during difficult times.

TEMPLE, Texas — In the aftermath of that devastating tornado in Temple, a nail salon is offering some relaxation and self-care.

Paradise Nail and Spa's act of kindness is going far beyond polished nails.

From Monday through Wednesday, June 12, the owner says they are offering free pedicures, up to $40 in value to tornado victims.

To get the free pedicure, you must let the owner or nail technicians know that you live in a storm-affected area.

The owner said this small act of self-care can make a big difference during difficult times.

“We want to help and give back to our community, the Temple, Belton area is part of my hometown and I love to take care of my surrounding area. We love our customers,” said owner Jason Nguyen.

Paradise Nail and Spa is located at 8774 West Adams Avenue in Temple.

When the tornado swept through town, they were out of power for two days but did not see any damage to their salon.

If you are wondering what exactly what the $40 classic pedicure gets you, it includes foot soak, nail cuticle trim, and a foot and calf massage with regular polish.
