HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas — Editor's note: The video above originally aired ahead of last year's event.
The Harker Heights Police Department’s Healthy Homes Division is partnering with Bell County Indigent Health, Baylor Scott & White and Feed My Sheep to bring the Fourth Annual Free Children’s Pop-Up Clinic to Central Texas this weekend.
The event will be held from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 at the Harker Heights Activities Center, located at 400 Indian Trail Drive.
According to the City of Harker Heights, the goal of the event is to create a "one-stop shop" type of event.
Free services will reportedly include well/sick child visits, school and sports physicals, vision/hearing screenings, dental screenings, vision/hearing screenings, immunizations and access to services from community resources.
The City said the services will be specifically for children, but no one will be turned away.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult, said the City, and an ID or driver's license is required for adults. Immunization records are also reportedly required.
