HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas — In honor of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, the Children's Advocacy Center of Central Texas invites families to join them for a day of festivities at Carl Levin Park on Saturday, April 20.
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Carl Levin Park will transform into a hub of family-friendly entertainment, offering activities aimed at raising awareness about child abuse prevention while fostering community engagement and support.
Attendees can look forward to an array of attractions, including bounce houses, interactive booths, storybook theater, games, and a lineup of local restaurant vendors. Moreover, families will have the opportunity to meet and interact with local first responders, medical professionals, and representatives from various nonprofit organizations.
Admission to the Family Fun Day and Child Abuse Prevention Fair is entirely free, ensuring accessibility for all members of the public.
