BELTON, Texas — The Belton Police Department is extending an invitation to the community to participate in the ninth annual Silver Santa donation drive.
This charitable initiative wants to bring the joy of Christmas to elderly Belton residents who are part of the R-U OK Senior Welfare Program.
The main focus of Silver Santa is to ensure that every participant in the R-U OK program receives a Christmas gift bag, spreading holiday cheer and warmth throughout the community. To make this mission a reality, donation boxes have been set up at various locations for the convenience of generous contributors.

Donations will be accepted until Monday, Dec. 11.
