WACO -- 2 more bikers are in custody in connection to the shooting at Twin Peaks.

Richard DeWayne Smith, 39, and Richard Clarence Lockhart, 46, were booked into the McLennan County Jail after being indicted last week on Engaging in Organized Crime charges. Smith and Lockhart are part of the group of 48 bikers indicted by a grand jury in Waco last week. Their indictments were sealed until their arrests, so their identities were not yet known.

9 bikers were killed and at least 20 were injured in May's shootout between rival biker gangs. Several bikers were never arrested because they escaped or were taken to the hospital instead of jail. 154 bikers have been indicted so far, 3 of those indictments remain sealed. None have gone to trail.
