WACO, Texas — Have you seen this man? The Waco Police Department is asking for help locating a missing person.
According to the department, 66-year-old Joseph Deloa was reported missing the morning of Sunday, June 18. The report has since been upgraded to a Silver Alert.
Waco Police said Deloa was last seen around 10:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of W. Lake Shore Dr. in Waco. Police say he was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a gray button up shirt with blue horizontal strips and a beanie.
Waco PD describes Deloa as a Hispanic man, five-feet-six-inches tall, around 130 pounds, with longer black hair with some gray in it and a gray beard.
Police also said Deloa has slight dementia.
