"Your dedication and service to our community are truly invaluable," Temple PD said, thanking its officers and employees.
The Belton Police Department also gave a shoutout to the women of its department, Detective Hamilton, Officer Menix, Officer Mondragon, Detective Adkins, Officer Bailey and Sgt. Hawkins.
"Your dedication, excellence and selfless service exemplify the best of women in law enforcement," said Belton PD. "Thank you for everything you do!"
The Waco Police Department also commemorated the day by thanking the women of its department, sharing a collage of officers helping out around the community.
"We are recognizing all women in policing and want to extend a tremendous thank you for your hard work and commitment to keeping our communities safe!" Waco PD said in the post.
Not only is Waco PD honoring the women currently on the force, it is also working to increase that number.
