TEXAS, USA — Move over "Yellowstone," there's a new sheriff in town.
Well ... given that both shows are made by the same person, and "Yellowstone" is in its final season (Season 5, Part II starts Nov. 10), Taylor Sheridan's newest creation might be a new boom.
This time, the show "Landman," is set "in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas" and is described as "a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs."
Billy Bob Thornton stars as the lead character Tommy Norris, a crisis manager for an oil company. Jon Hamm, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia and Michael Peña also star in the show.
The first two episodes of "Landman" premiere Nov. 17 on Paramount+. The second trailer for Landman was released on Monday and it seems to be filled with some Texas-sized drama!
