TEAGUE, Texas — Teague Independent School District will be postponing their Homecoming Bonfire, the district announced via a social media post on Oct. 8.
According to the district, they made the decision to postpone the bonfire due to "extremely dry conditions".
Teague ISD said they plan to reschedule the event later in the season, once they receive some "much-needed rainfall".
