BELLMEAD, Texas — A deadly crash is under investigation after a 19-year-old driver hit a 62-year-old man who was crossing the street Saturday in Bellmead.
Police were called at 8:42 p.m. to the 4700 block of Bellmead Drive for the crash.
Police said Micheal Macy suffered extensive injuries when he was hit and died at the scene.
Further details of the wreck have not been released, but police say the area where it happened is very dark.
No charges have been filed.
The crash remains under investigation.
