TEMPLE, Texas — The Temple Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a reported Ulta Beauty thief.
On Monday, Temple PD shared a photo of the alleged thief who stole from Ulta, located at 2112 SW HK Dodgen Loop Suite 143A, on Feb. 18 around 3:30 p.m.
