TEMPLE, Texas — The Temple Police Department is investigating a robbery that injured one person on Sunday, Feb. 11.
According to TPD, officers responded to the robbery near the 1000 block of South 31st St. at approximately 7:57 p.m. Upon arrival, officers were informed that the suspect had ordered two employees to open the store's safe.
The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money, TPD said.
TPD stated that the suspect fled the scene of foot, heading north.
The case is active and open, TPD said. If anyone has information about the robbery they are asked to contact TPD at 254-298-5500.
