TEMPLE, Texas — Temple Police are looking to locate an 18-year-old wanted for Deadly Conduct.
Oscar Rodriguez, the man police are attempting to find, is depicted as standing 5'3" tall and weighing about 130 pounds.
No information on his potential whereabouts was provided.
