The child at the center of an Amber Alert out of San Antonio was located safely after Texas Department of Public Safety troopers found the car she was believed to be in.
The 2012 black Honda Accord EX was spotted driving southbound near I-35 mile marker 344, in Elm Mott at 8 a.m. The trooper pulled the car over and arrested 49-year-old Sherry McGill. McGill is believed to be the grandmother of the child.
BCSO and DPS are now working to reunite the child with her family at this time.
