Boy who is disabled missing his supportive dog in Killeen
Meagan Jackson, Harley's owner, said the blue merle sheltie helps her 8-year-old son Conner. Conner is nonverbal because of a disabilty. The dog played a huge role in comforting Conner when he's feeling low.
