TEMPLE, Texas — No one was injured after an 18-wheeler caught fire Wednesday afternoon along I-35.
Temple Fire & Rescue and the Temple Police Department responded to the incident around 2:40 p.m. on southbound I-35 near mile marker 299, officials said.
According to the fire department, the 18-wheeler was empty and no other vehicles were involved.
Officials said the incident is still under investigation.
