TEMPLE, Texas — The Temple Fire Department responded to a fire in a vacant building located in the 1100 block of S. Main St. Sunday evening.
According to TFD, the fire was reported a little after 6 p.m.
Temple fire said something was burning inside the building, and crews saw smoke and flames when they arrived on scene.
The seven units and two engines on scene were able to get the fire under control and extinguished in about 20 minutes, according to TFD.
No injuries were reported. It wasn't immediately clear how extensive the damage was.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
