A Clifton ISD student will not return to school until the completion of an investigation of a social media post appearing to threaten Clifton High School.
In a message from Superintendent Rhoda White, the district was made away of the postings Thursday afternoon. The posts appeared to have been made by a Clifton High School student, the district stated.
Clifton ISD has turned the information over to the Clifton Police Department, where an investigation was underway Thursday.
The student did not attend class Thursday, and additional patrols from the Clifton Police Department were provided at all district campuses.
